How to measure your head
Every Brimworth cap is one size and adjusts to fit heads from 54 to 60 cm (about 21¼ to 23⅝ inches). There is no size to choose. Measuring just tells you it will fit.

1 Wrap a soft tape measure around your head, just above your ears and eyebrows.

2 Keep it level and snug, not too tight.

3 Read the measurement. If it falls between 54 to 60 cm (about 21¼ to 23⅝ inches), the cap will fit. Adjust the band and you're set.
