How it adds up
Say you buy two caps for $120. As a Member, that earns you 600 points. Add 250 points for your account and 500 for a photo with your cap. That's 1,350 points, worth $6.75 in store credit toward your next cap.

Your level is based on everything you've spent with us. If an order is refunded, it no longer counts toward your level.

What your points are worth
200 points = $1 in store credit.
A $60 order earns a Member 300 points, worth $1.50.
You can hold up to 10,000 points ($50). We'll send you a reminder before you get there.
Extra points
250 points for creating your account. They're added with your first order.
500 points for a photo of you with your cap. One photo per order. We add the points after we've had a look.
500 points on your birthday. Save your birthday on this page at least 30 days ahead.

Our first 250 customers become Founding Members. It's our thank you to the people who backed us from the start. Once you're logged in, you'll see your Founding Member number at the top of this page.

Do I need an account?
Yes. Your points are kept in your account, so we know they're yours. Creating one is free.
How do I log in?
Tap the account icon at the top of any page and enter your email address. We'll email you a short code. Type it in and you're logged in. No password to remember.

Right here, at the top of this page, once you're logged in. The account icon at the top of every page brings you here.
How do I turn points into store credit?
Log in, come to this page and tap "Turn into store credit". That's it.
How do I use my store credit?
Log in before you check out. Your store credit shows up at checkout.
Do my points or store credit expire?
No. They don't expire.
What if I return something?
The points from that order are taken back.
Do I earn points on shipping and tax?
No. You earn points on what you pay for your caps, after any discount. Store credit you spend doesn't earn new points.
Can I combine store credit with a discount code?
Yes.
Will you use my photo?
Only if you tick the box that says we may share it.
